Safe sleep: the ABCs

Babies should sleep Alone, on their Back, in a safe Crib: a firm, tight-fitting mattress and fitted sheet with no pillows, bumpers, blankets or toys. Room-share instead of bed-share, and avoid letting baby sleep on couches, recliners, car seats or swings at home.

Safe Sitter classes

A nationally accredited babysitting course for 11- to 13-year-olds covering safety, first aid and caring for little ones. Call Community Health to ask about the next class.
