Our surgical team provides general surgery for elective and emergency needs, from diagnosis and consultation through your procedure and recovery. Many procedures are performed laparoscopically for smaller incisions and faster healing.

  • Colonoscopy and EGD (with or without dilation)
  • Laparoscopic gallbladder removal with fluorescence imaging
  • Appendectomy
  • Hernia repair, including hiatal hernia (Nissen fundoplication)
  • Colon resection, including colostomy
  • Breast biopsy, lumpectomy and mastectomy
  • Excisional and fine-needle biopsies (breast, thyroid, masses)
  • Port, PEG tube and jejunostomy tube placement
  • Bronchoscopy and video-assisted thoracoscopy
  • Bone marrow biopsy and aspiration
  • Abdominal paracentesis
  • Laparoscopic exploration and gastric band removal
