In crisis? Call or text 988, the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, any time.

Mental well-being is the foundation of a healthy life. Our Behavioral Health team offers a safe, welcoming space for adults, teens and families across the Nebraska Panhandle, with an approach that focuses on what's already working for you.

Therapy here is a partnership. Together we identify your strengths, build healthy coping skills, and put together a personal toolkit for the long run.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) helps you notice the link between thoughts, feelings and actions, and shift unhelpful patterns. It's especially effective for anxiety, depression and stress.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) builds four skill sets (mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotional regulation and interpersonal effectiveness) for people who experience intense emotions.

Pediatric psychiatry with Boys Town

Through a telehealth partnership with Boys Town in Omaha, child and adolescent psychiatrist Dr. Nicholas Basalay sees patients ages 6–17 once a month for evaluations and medication management, right here in our Sidney office.
