SRMC Receives the Community Impact Award

The Cheyenne County Chamber of Commerce honored SRMC for opening Pole Creek Estates Long-Term Care.

At its annual awards banquet on January 18, the Cheyenne County Chamber of Commerce presented SRMC with the Community Impact Award in recognition of our new Pole Creek Estates Long-Term Care facility.

We're grateful to the Chamber, our donors and the entire community who helped make a modern home for our seniors a reality.
