CEO Jason Petik Receives AHA Grassroots Champion Award

The American Hospital Association honored SRMC's CEO for advocating on behalf of rural hospitals and the communities they serve.

Jason Petik, CEO of Sidney Regional Medical Center, received the 2024 American Hospital Association Grassroots Champion Award at the Nebraska Hospital Association's Advocacy Day.

The award recognizes hospital leaders who effectively educate lawmakers about the role hospitals play in their communities. NHA leaders highlighted Jason's work on the provider assessment and EMS guidance in the Legislature.
